Weekly Rentals:
From the middle of June through Labor Day, weeks begin on
Saturday at 2:00 pm and end the following Saturday at 10:00am. No
weekend reservations during this time period.
Weekend Rentals:
Accepted from May 1 to mid-June and after Labor Day. Weekly
rentals accepted anytime.

Decor & Furnishings
All units have the basics for holiday
living. In addition to furniture and decorator items, each cottage has a
fully equipped kitchen including electric range and oven, full size
refrigerator, dishes, glasses, and table ware adequate for the maximum
occupants of the unit; plus, electric coffee maker, pots, pans,
miscellaneous kitchen utensils, microwave and standard cleaning
equipment.. mop, broom and dust mop. All cottages have electric heat,
air conditioner, blankets, pillows, outside hibachi and picnic tables,
cable tv.
YOU MUST BRING BED LINENS AND TOWELS.

| Dockage
One personal boat per cottage-- no dockage fee.
Any additional boats have an additional /day fee.

Deposits Information
Deposits are required on all reservations. Sorry, no refunds on
cottage deposits. Sorry no refunds on cottage or boat rentals.

| Occupancy
PLEASE, ABSOLUTELY NO MORE PERSONS IN A COTTAGE THAN THE COTTAGE
ACCOMMODATES.
Sorry, no pets.
Cleaning & Housekeeping
Each cottage is self-catering which means that the unit is clean
upon your arrival and is expected that it will be clean upon your
departure.
FUTURE RESERVATIONS ARE CONTINGENT ON HOW A COTTAGE IS LEFT.

Cottage Deposits
$400.00 for each week reserved
$200.00 for off season partial weeks rental
Boat & Motor Deposits
All boats ...... $100.00 to hold
All boats require additional deposit (credit card) equal to a
full week's rental. The amount of rental is due at time of pick up. full
deposit is held until unit is returned. You are responsible for any and
all damages.
If damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit held, you
are responsible for full amount of damages.
No refund for early departures. Includes boats and cottages.
