Terms & Conditions
- 8% NYS sales tax will be added to all rentals
- All boats require a $100.00 deposit to hold
- All boats require additional deposit (credit card) equal to a full week’s rental. The amount of rental is due at time of pick up. Full deposit is held until unit is returned.
- You are responsible for any and all damages. If damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit held, you are responsible for full amount of damages.
- No refund for early departures.
- No Pets Allowed.
